What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the practice of bringing your attention to the present moment without judgement. Practices such as meditation have been used to reduce symptoms of stress, depression, and anxiety.
Why is it useful to me?
You want to live a happier, healthier, more productive life. When you write or create, attention to detail is key. Being present helps you see new opportunities to be creative, and helps you manage the stress of a heavy workload.
